產品含有以下活性成分及作用:

1. 萄葡糖胺 (Glucosamine Sulfate)


它是軟骨結構重要元素之一,有緩衝關節之用,亦能減少關節僵硬,改善關節功能,而且長期使用亦有助延緩關節惡化。


2. 乳香提取物 (Boswellia Extract)


乳香是一種印度的草藥,有臨床試驗指出它具有消炎作用,強化關節靈活性和移動性,且改善關節痛患者的行動能力。


3. 軟骨素 (Chondroitin Sulfate)


研究指出軟骨素能減少關節組織受損和流失,亦有減少炎症的作用,而且能有效減低關節痛楚。


4. 薑黃素 (Turmeric)


薑黃素具有抗炎和抗氧化的特性,眾多臨床試驗研究指出攝取薑黃素能有效改善炎症及疼痛症狀。


5. 槲皮素 (Quercetin)


槲皮素是強大的抗氧化劑,臨床研究發現攝取槲皮素能減低關節痛及改善關節僵問題。


6. 蛋氨酸 (Methionine)


蛋氨酸是一種必需氨基酸,有研究指出較高蛋氨酸的飲食可以減輕炎症的嚴重程度。 另外有研究發現同時補充萄葡糖胺和蛋氨酸能更有效地減低炎症。


7. MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)


能夠強化韌帶細胞強度、增加潤滑黏液的分泌量及強化軟組織的結構。而當中的硫磺有助補充組織因炎症過程中所引致流失的硫磺。它亦有抗炎和抗氧化的作用。


8. 菠蘿蛋白酶 (Bromelain)


菠蘿蛋白酶是一種蛋白水解酶,是從菠蘿根莖中分離提煉而來。 不少臨床研究指出它具有抗水腫、抗炎、保護軟骨、鎮痛等作用,能減低關節痛。
